About Me
Jermaine Worley, M.Ed, is the founder and CEO of Chosen Sports Leagues Inc. and the COO of Chosen Training LLC. A former teacher and assistant principal, Jermaine has spent over a decade building programs that blend sports, mentorship, leadership, and faith. His mission is simple: to develop the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Jermaine is a devoted husband to Makaylah and a proud girl dad to Jermanee, who already thinks she runs the league. As a family, they love sports, road trips, creative projects, serving their community, and spending time outdoors. Whether they’re building a backyard pond, practicing basketball moves, or cheering on local youth teams, the Worleys believe in creating memories, teaching purpose, and living every day with gratitude.
